In your initial Skin Health and Naturopathic consultation, she will review your health history and any recent labs you may bring and conduct any necessary physical exams. Together, you will discuss your concerns and goals. Additional lab tests may be ordered if needed. Then, Dr. Spinelli will create a personalized treatment plan aligned with your needs and lifestyle. Follow-up visits occur within 2-4 weeks to review blood test results and adjust the plan as necessary. Future visits typically occur every 3-6 months to ensure ongoing optimization of your well-being. A customized maintenance plan will be created to support your ongoing wellness journey.

I am a Brazilian Board-Certified Dermatologist, MD, with over 20 years of extensive practice in Brazil, one of the most advanced countries in aesthetic medicine and cosmetic dermatology. Throughout my career, I have learned from the best Brazilian and international dermatologists and acquired vast experience in Medical Aesthetics and Dermatology, including cosmetic “Botox,” injectable dermal fillers, minor surgery (cryotherapy and electrosurgery), and advanced skincare.

After relocating to Vancouver, Canada, in 2016, I expanded my expertise with a Master of Administrative Science (MAS) degree (FDU).

In 2023, I graduated from the four-year program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and became a fully licensed Naturopathic Doctor in BC.

As a DermoNaturopath and Double Doctor, I combine my medical and dermatological knowledge with my integrative and naturopathic background to provide you with modern integrative dermatology and aesthetics treatments that are safe and personalized just for you. I will guide you in your Healthy and Positive Journey so you can enhance your natural beauty from the skin to within.
